These terms govern purchase of AfterCloseCare products listed on this site. Command Center and Bot Sales are sold under AfterCloseCare Commercial Source of Truth v1.5 prices printed on the pages.
The printed SKU is the door plus Care, plus Reads and Implementation. Period Certification Renewal (PCR) is an automatic annual renewal — not optional. PCR renews by invoice and paper each year until live card charging is available. What is printed on the page is what you pay. AfterCloseCare is the product. Purchases through FastSpring checkout are sold by FastSpring as Merchant of Record. The FastSpring seller account is held by Chad Newdigate (afterclosecare). These Terms cover use of the AfterCloseCare product, not FastSpring's Terms of Sale.
Care is a monthly period service — not hosting, and not a 30-day money-back. It keeps the board running and tuned for the period you pay for.
Agents draft. A human taps send before anything customer-facing moves. The gate is there because trust lives in your seat — not out of fear, but so nothing goes out the owner did not approve.
Your book is yours. Export it on demand. We don’t hold the file hostage.
Gauge is a Bot Sales product and is not included in the Command Center. FCP→CC conversion is handled in writing. Gauge can continue as a $146/mo add-on.
We do not promise live sends on day one. The board comes up, the agents draft, and sends go live as you approve them.
